FIELD: experimental physics. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technique recording fleeting processes in experimental physics, to methods measuring parameters of flame fronts, shock and/or detonation waves, in particular. Procedure includes feed of probing electromagnetic radiation on to surface and recording of reflected radiation. Novelty of approach consists in recording of thermal radiation of surface, in conversion of parameters of reflected and thermal radiations of surface by means of cryogenic detectors based on Josephson junction to voltages and in their amplification. Changes of voltages are used to make judgment on speed of movement of surface and/or radiation factor and surface temperature. Radiation of SHF range is employed as probing radiation. EFFECT: increased accuracy and informativity of measurements, simplified deciphering of signals, diminished requirements to generator of probing radiation, expanded functional potential of diagnostics of real surfaces including measurement of radiation f
