According to a first aspect of the present invention, the shoe pad comprises a sensor part for detecting a signal based on the behavior of a user； a processor for receiving a signal from the sensor part； and a wireless communication part capable of communicating with a dedicated application installed in an external smartphone. The shoe pad is attached to the shoe of a user. The processor includes a memory including firmware for driving the sensor part and the wireless communication part.
