PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid refining unit comprising a drain mechanism capable of preventing overflow from a water reception part even when the unit is continuously used for a long term.SOLUTION: A liquid refining unit 1 for causing air sucked from a suction hole 2 to include refined water and blowing the air containing the refined water from a blowout hole 3, comprises: a water storage part 10 for storing water pumped by a pumping tube 14； a water reception part 11 provided on a bottom of the liquid refining unit 1； a first drain hole 13 provided on a bottom of the water storage part 10； a second drain hole 31 provided on a side wall 11a of the water reception part 11； an internal drain tube 30 comprising a first opening end part 30a connected to the first drain hole 13 in communication, and a second opening end part 30b inserted into the second drain hole 31.
