The present invention relates to a dermatological pharmaceutical composition in the form of a gel (GZ) for topical use, produced by combining zerumbone (Z) from bitter ginger (Zingiber zerumbet) with carbopol inert hydrogel (G), at a concentration of 0.5 or 1% zerumbone (Z), to be used for the curative treatment of diabetic ulcers, to provide greater healing effectiveness due to the anti-inflammatory, analgesic, healing, antimicrobial, vasodilatory and cytotoxic effects on necrotic cells resulting from the zerumbone.L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique dermatologique sous forme de gel (GZ) à usage topique, produite à partir de la combinaison de zérumbone (Z) de gingembre amer (Zingiber zerumbet) avec l'hydrogel inerte de carbopol (G), en concentration de 0,5 ou 1% de zérumbone (Z), à utiliser dans le traitement curatif d'ulcères chez des diabétiques, donnant lieu à une plus grande efficacité de cicatrisation grâce aux effets anti-inflammatoire, analgésique, cicatrisant, antimicrobien, vasodilatateur et cytotoxique pour les cellules nécrosées, provenant du zérumbone.Refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica dermatológica em forma de gel (GZ) de uso tópico, produzida a partir da combinação de zerumbona (Z) de gengibre amargo (Zingiber zerumbet) com o hidrogel inerte de carbopol (G), com concentração de 0,5 ou 1% de zerumbona (Z) para ser utilizado no tratamento curativo de úlceras de diabéticos, por proporcionar maior efetividade na cicatrização devido aos efeitos anti-inflamatório, analgésico, cicatrizante, antimicrobiano, vasodilatador e citotóxico para células necrosadas, provenientes da zerumbona.
