A pharmaceutical composition based on centella asiatica (Hydrocotyle asiatica L.) for the treatment of lower limb ulcers, including as active ingredients, centella asiatica and sodium acexamate in amounts producing a reciprocal synergistic effect when mixed with at least one adjuvant selected from a healing agent, an antibiotic agent and/or combinations thereof is described.L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique à base de centella asiatica (Hydrocotyle asiatique L.) pour le traitement d'ulcères des membres inférieurs, qui comporte comme ingrédients actifs centella asiatica et acéxamate de sodium en quantités produisant un effet synergique réciproque lorsqu'ils sont mélangés avec au moins un adjuvant choisi parmi un agent cicatrisant, un agent antibiotique et/ou des combinaisons de ceux-ci.
