A method of treating and/or preventing gastric ulcers, said method comprising administering by injection a therapeutically effective amount of a composition comprising: c) a first agent selected from the group consisting of: a medium chain triglyceride and a long chain triglyceride； and d) a second agent comprising a proton pump inhibitor or pharmaceutically or veterinary acceptable salt, wherein the composition is adapted for sustained release of a therapeutically effective amount of the proton pump inhibitor to a subject in need thereof.La présente invention concerne une méthode de traitement et/ou de prévention des ulcères gastriques, ladite méthode comprenant l'administration par injection d'une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace d'une composition comprenant : c) un premier agent choisi dans le groupe constitué par un triglycéride à chaîne moyenne et un triglycéride à chaîne longue； et d) un second agent comprenant un inhibiteur de la pompe à protons ou un sel acceptable sur le plan pharmaceutique ou vétérinaire, cette composition étant adaptée pour une libération prolongée d'une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace de l'inhibiteur de la pompe à protons à un sujet en ayant besoin.
