PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety in imaging an intraoperative patient by surely preventing an interference of a therapeutic instrument installed on a surgical site to the circumferential part of an opening part when inserting the patient with the therapeutic instrument installed on the surgical site into the opening section of an imaging section.SOLUTION: This safety device of the imaging apparatus is provided with: a bed 6 where a patient P is placed a hollow body 2 disposed between the bed and the imaging section 5 having the opening section 7 for inserting the patient P installed on the bed 6 and having an inside diameter A equal to or smaller than the inside diameter B of the opening part 7 a stand section 3 retaining the hollow body 2 at the same height position and the same left/right directional location to the opening section 7 and a sliding mechanism 4 for sliding the hollow body 2 and the stand section 3 in the same direction to a direction of sliding the imaging section 5 to the side of the bed 6 in the location where the patient P is inserted into the hollow body 2.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】手術部位に治療器具が装着された患者を画像撮影部の開口部に挿入する場合、手術部位に装着されている治療器具が開口部の周縁部に干渉することを確実に防止し、手術中の患者の画像撮影の安全性を高める。【解決手段】画像撮影装置の安全装置において、患者Pが載置される寝台6と、寝台6に載置された患者Pが挿入可能な開口部7を有する画像撮影部5との間に配置され、開口部7の内径寸法B以下の内径寸法Aを有する中空体2と、中空体2を開口部7と同じ高さ位置及び同じ左右方向位置で保持するスタンド部3と、画像撮影部5を寝台6側へスライドさせる方向と同じ方向であって中空体2内に患者Pが挿入される位置に中空体2とスタンド部3とをスライド可能とするスライド機構4と、を備える。【選択図】 図1
