The invention relates to a method which applied in the high frame rate medical ultrasound scanning machine working on the principle of Ultrasound Transient Elastography. In one embodiment this is accomplished by transmitting a plurality of transmit beams towards a subject using the ultrasound imaging system, calibrating each channel which is transmitted one by one through the homogenous medium to retrieve the receive matrix, each transmit beam being associated with a plurality of receive beams that are reflected by the subject, wherein the transmit section and receive section are discrete to each other, approximating the channel to have an uniform attenuation at the reception, collecting the plurality of receive beams using a plurality of receive channels and normalizing the received data from plurality of receive channels using calibrated values to generate the subject image.
