PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably estimate a blood pressure by widening an adjustable range of a position of a pulse wave detection part of a pulse wave sensor.SOLUTION: A first fluid bag 21 and a second fluid bag 22 are arranged side by side along an inner periphery of a belt 23, are expanded and contracted due to income/outcome of fluid, and are provided so as to compress a site to be measured from the circumference while surrounding the site to be measured. A pulse wave sensor has a pulse wave detection part 40E detecting a pulse wave of an artery 91 passing through the site to be measured. A fluid supply part supplies the fluid to the first fluid bag 21 and the second fluid bag 22. The pulse wave detection part 40E is arranged in the outer surface part of the first fluid bag 21, and is provided so as to press the site to be measured through the expansion of the first fluid bag 21. A position of the pulse wave detection part 40E to the artery 91 passing through the site to be measured is adjusted by adjusting by the fluid supply part, a ratio between an amount of the fluid in the first fluid bag 21, and an amount of the fluid in the second fluid bag 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】脈波センサの脈波検出部の位置の調整可能範囲を広くし、安定して血圧推定する。【解決手段】第１流体袋２１および第２流体袋２２は、ベルト２３の内周に沿って並んで位置し、流体が出入りすることにより膨縮し、被測定部位を取り囲みつつ周囲から被測定部位を圧迫可能に設けられている。脈波センサは、被測定部位を通る動脈９１の脈波を検出する脈波検出部４０Ｅを有する。流体供給部は、第１流体袋２１および第２流体袋２２に上記流体を供給する。脈波検出部４０Ｅは、第１流体袋２１の外表部に配置され、第１流体袋２１の膨張によって被測定部位を押圧するように設けられている。流体供給部によって、第１流体袋２１内の上記流体の量と第２流体袋２２内の上記流体の量との比率が調整されることにより、被測定部位を通る動脈９１に対する脈波検出部４０Ｅの位置が調整される。【選択図】図８
