CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus coagulants KBC-KC1 strain has a deposit number of KACC91677P, and has a 16S rRNA base sequence in sequence number 1. A culturing method of the Bacillus coagulants KBC-KC1 comprises a step of culturing the strain with a jujube extract.
