PURPOSE: A dental implant is provided to prevent screw from being bent or broken or an abutment in which the dental prosthesis is fixed from being arbitrarily revolved.CONSTITUTION: A dental implant comprises a fixture(3) which is implanted to an alveolar bone, an abutment(4) fixed through a screw, a dental prosthesis(6) fixed by using dental cement, and hanging grooves(9) for float prevention which is installed at an upper shoulder(shoulder: 8) of fixture. The abutment is fixed at the upper part of the fixture which is clinched to an alveolar bone using screws. If the dental prosthesis is fixed using dental cement, the abutment on which the dental prosthesis is fixed is prevented to be arbitrarily floated and revolved.
