Application of burdock extract to prepare pharmaceutical for protecting elastic fibers and collagen characterized by using natural burdock as material for the application of inhibiting inflammation as an alternative for conventional medicine to reduce physiological burden to the patients
The present invention provides an application of burdock extract for protecting elastic fibers and collagen. According to one embodiment, an effective dose of extract of burdock with skin is administrated to an individual suffering from inflammation and inflammation inhibition effect on the individual is generated through the burdock extract to avoid elastic fibers and collagen of the individual from being damaged. The main objective of this invention lies in that, in consideration of conventional anti-inflammatory methods mostly giving patients medicine of anti-inflammatory drugs and steroid that would incur a larger physiological burden to the patients, so this invention provides a medicine using natural burdock as material to replace conventional medicine for the application of inhibiting inflammation as an alternative.本發明提供一種牛蒡萃取物於保護彈性纖維與膠原蛋白之用途,實現方式是將有效劑量之牛蒡帶皮萃取物投予患有發炎症狀之個體,並透過該牛蒡萃取物對該個體產生抑制發炎作用,以避免該個體之彈性纖維與膠原蛋白遭到損傷。本發明之主要目的在於,習用消炎方法多為給予患者消炎藥、類固醇等藥物,對患者生理負擔較大,故本發明提供一種以天然牛蒡原料替換習用藥品以抑制發炎之用途作為替代方案。
