Fulvestrant or fulvestrant derivative oily preparation comprises: (1) an active compound: fulvestrant or a fulvestrant derivative, the content in the preparation being 10 mg/ml to 200 mg/ml, (2) a latent solvent: an ether compound, the content being 5% to 80% of the total weight of the preparation, (3) a dispersant: vegetable oil or artificially-synthetic oil, (4) a pain-killer and (5) an optional antioxidant.
