PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care chair for shower which permits selection of a structure of a seat part according to the level of care and the body size of a user.
SOLUTION: The care chair for shower includes the seat part, a leg part, and a backrest. The care chair for shower has a recess groove penetrating the seat part in the back and forth direction, and an auxiliary seat surface covering the recess groove of the seat part is detachably attached to the chair for shower. The length of the auxiliary seat surface in the longitudinal direction is shorter than the length of the recess groove. A notch for washing the private parts or around the anus is preferably formed either in the front or in the rear of the seat part while the auxiliary seat surface is attached to the seat part.
