PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a seating attitude, thereby allowing a seating person to perform a simple movement and work.SOLUTION: A wheelchair 1 includes: a seat part 2 an actuator 7 for lifting/lowering the seat part 2 a leg rest 3 vertically rotationally connected to the seat part 2 and a link member 45 interlocked with lifting/lowering of the seat part 2 so as to rotationally turn the leg rest 3. The actuator 7 is configured to dispose the seat part 2 at a prescribed reference position and to move the seat part 2 to a position upper than the reference position. The leg rest part 3 is configured to take a prescribed reference position when the seat part 2 is at the reference position.
