PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing continuously a large amount of slurry ice for seafood having sterilization function.SOLUTION: This slurry ice production method for seafood comprises a salt water acquisition process for taking salt water from salt water supply source; a dilution water acquisition process for taking dilution water from the dilution water supply source; an electrolysis process for performing electrolysis against taken salt water to generate electrolysis water containing hypochlorous acid; a dilution process for mixing the generated electrolysis water with the taken dilution water to generate electrolysis water; hypochlorite concentration adjustment process for adjusting a mixture ratio of the dilution water and the electrolysis water to adjust hypochlorite concentration of the electrolysis water; and a cooling medium generating process for cooling taken hypochlorite to generate cooling medium, the produced slurry ice for seafood shows a temperature of 0 to -1.5°C, a salt concentration of 2% or less, hypochlorite concentration of 10 to 80 ppm and pH value of hypochlorite is 6.5 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 殺菌機能を有する魚介類用スラリーアイスを連続して大量に製造できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】塩水供給源から塩水を取り込む塩水取得工程と、希釈水供給源から希釈水を取り込む希釈水取得工程と、取り込んだ塩水を電気分解して次亜塩素酸を含む電解水を生成する電解工程と、生成された電解水と取り込んだ希釈水とを混合させて電解次亜水を生成する希釈工程と、希釈水と電解水との混合比を調整して、電解次亜水の次亜塩素酸濃度を調整する次亜塩素酸濃度調整工程と、取り込んだ電解次亜水を冷却して冷却媒体を生成する冷却媒体生成工程を含み、生産される魚介類用スラリーアイスは、温度が0~-1.5℃、塩濃度が2%未満であり、次亜塩素酸濃度を10~80ppmとし、電解次亜水のpHを6.5以下とする。【選択図】 図1
