The present invention relates to a hair dryer capable of spraying a nutrient solution, which applies hair essence to the hair by using discharged wind without getting hands of a user coated with the hair essence and simultaneously dries the hair, wherein the hair essence is sprayed in a form of microdroplet so that the hair essence does not come into contact with scalp and is applied only to the hair, thereby protecting the scalp, and vibration massage on the scalp is provided to enable scalp care oil to be effectively fed on the scalp.
