The present invention relates to a large intestine cleansing device which can cleanse the inside of a large intestine and remove fecal impaction remaining inside the large intestine by spraying a lavage solution into the inside of the large intestine. The large intestine cleansing device comprises a cleansing body (10) in a shape of a horizontally placed egg, which includes a spraying hole (12) on the upper part of a protrusion part (11), and includes a lavage solution passage (13) connected to the spraying hole (12) inside； and a connector (20) including a screw part (21) formed on one side to be connected to a shower hose (40), bent in 90 degrees for the other end to be connected to the lower part of the cleansing body (10), and including a lavage solution passage (23) connected to the lavage solution passage (13) of the cleansing body (10) inside.
