PURPOSE: A filter needle capable of preventing the injection of foreign substances from the needle when discharging a drug solution is provided to directly inject the drug solution to a patient after filling the needle with the drug solution.CONSTITUTION: A filter needle includes a filter structure(1) installed in a fixing member. The fixing member fixes an injection needle(200) to a syringe cylinder(100). The filter structure also includes an inlet(1a) and an outlet(1b) on both sides opened to the opposite directions only, using a respective check valve structure for separating a suction line and a discharge line of a drug solution. The inlet and the outlet include cylindrical pipe lines(10a, 10b) with filtering films(11a, 11b).
