PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food tray in which a sauce storage part is separated from a main storage part and it is possible to perform treatment such as heating treatment with use of an electronic oven for a food stored in the main storage part independently from a sauce, and the sauce easily can be put on the food after treatment while enabling prevention of overheating of the sauce and so on.SOLUTION: In a food tray 1, a main storage part 2 for storing a food and a sauce storage part 3 for storing a sauce are connected to each other and the main storage part 2 and the sauce storage part 3 are so configured as to be capable of being separated from each other.
