PURPOSE: A livestock excretion compost and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to promote the fermentation of livestock excretions by compensating for insufficient calories which are required for the livestock excretions to have a high water content percentage.CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a livestock excretion compost comprises the following steps: measuring the water content percentage of livestock excretions computing the relationship between the target moisture rate of the compost with the water content in the livestock excretions obtaining an insertion amount of spent bleaching clay which contains oil and mixing the spent bleaching clay with the livestock excretions and fermenting in an aerobic fermentation decomposing instrument for a certain time period.
