The inventors of the present invention, in order to improve the problems appearing in the conventional whitening agent, extract components of Citrus junos seed embryo by a low temperature reduction method, generate bioconversion of the extracted components using a lactic acid bacterium fermentation method, and improve the penetration into the skin by making into ethosome. The present invention also shows an excellent whitening effect due to the synergistic action of the melanin migration inhibitory effect and melanin production inhibitory effect by the tyrosinase inhibitory effect.본 발명자들은 종래의 미백제에서 나타나는 문제점을 개선하기 위하여, 유자씨 배아 성분을 저온감압법으로 추출하고, 이 추출한 성분을 유산균 발효법을 사용하여 바이오컨버전(BIO CONVERTION)을 발생시켜며, 에토좀화하여 피부에 침투력을 향상시키며, 티로시나아제 활성 저해 효과에 의한 멜라닌 생성 억제 효과, 그리고 멜라닌 이동 저해 효과의 상승적인 작용으로 인하여 우수한 미백 효과를 나타내었다.
