A method for manufacturing malt fermentation liquid comprises the steps of forcing of germination, adding water, fermentation and filtration. thus to make a malt fermentation liquid from malt. A type of malt fermentation liquid is presented to achieve the purposes of easy preservation and edible for users accordingly. Further, since a high-temperature cooking is not required in the manufacturing process, nutritive contents of malt can be completely preserved. The step of forcing of germination is carried out at a first temperature between 10 and 20 DEG C for forcing germination of cereals. The step of adding water is to mix water with the germinated cereal to form a mixture solution. The step of fermentation is to place the mixture solution still at a second temperature of 6 to 15 DEG C for 40 to 48 hours. The step of filtering is to filter impurities from the mixture solution to obtain a malt fermentation liquid.
