The medicine support part 3 is preferably configured such that a contact position between the first rotating roller 9 and the shape-fixed medicine 29 is located above the second rotating roller 10 and the contact position is closer to an axis of the first rotating roller 9 than a gravity center position of the shape-fixed medicine 29.
