The present invention relates to a method of producing a fermented extract of Aloe vera leaves, the method comprising the steps of: inoculating an extract of Aloe vera leaves with culture broth of Lactobacillus bacteria； fermenting the extract of Aloe vera leaves inoculated with the culture broth of Lactobacillus bacteria in a scoria cave under a temperature of 10-16°；C for 7 to 10 days； and sterilizing fermented broth obtained from the fermentation process, and aging the same in a scoria cave under a temperature of 10-16°；C for 95-105 days.
