PURPOSE: A method for preparing an antibacterial vehicle of a matrix type is provided to continuously maintain the concentration of an antibacterial agent. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial vehicle of a matrix type comprises: a matrix layer containing an antibacterial agent and adhesive； an antibacterial release layer formed on one side of the matrix layer； and a release layer formed on the other side of the matrix layer. The antibacterial agent contains halogenized hydroxyl ether, acyloxy diphenyl ether, or a mixture thereof. The adhesive contains non-aqueous acryl-based polymers such as 2-ethyl hexyl acrylate, vinyl acrylate, or vinyl acrylic acid. The matrix layer further comprises surfactant or alcohol in a weight ratio of 1:1 to 1:4.본 발명은 항균제 및 점착제를 포함하는 매트릭스층； 상기 매트릭스층의 한 면에 형성되는 항균제 방출층；및 상기 매트릭스층의 타 면에 형성되는 박리층으로 이루어지는 매트릭스형 항균 비히클 및 그의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 항균 비히클은 의료 용구를 포함하는 패키지 내부에 포함되어 항균제를 의료 장치나 패키지 표면에 지속적으로 방출시킬 수 있으므로 장기 보관시에도 의료 용구나 패키지 표면의 항균제의 농도를 지속적으로 유지시킬 수 있다.
