Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a natural antibacterial adhesive film. The method of manufacturing a natural antibacterial adhesive film includes the steps of: (a) providing an adhesive film including a base film and an adhesive layer formed on one surface of the base film； (b) coating an antibacterial solution containing an antibacterial substance and a solvent on the other side of the base film of the adhesive film； (c) drying the adhesive film coated with the antibacterial solution in contact with hot air to form a laminated film including an antibacterial layer/substrate film/adhesive layer； and (d) rolling the laminated film to have a roll shape so that the antibacterial layer and the adhesive layer come into contact with each other to transfer the antibacterial layer onto the adhesive layer, thereby manufacturing the antibacterial adhesive film including the base film/adhesive layer/antibacterial layer. In the antimicrobial adhesive film manufactured according to the present invention, the antibacterial substance is transferred to the adhesive layer by rolling the film to have the roll shape, there is no limitation of solvent due to no reactivity between the adhesive and the antibacterial solution, the process is easily performed, the natural antibacterial substances are contained to completely seal food or hospital (medical) wastes to block odors, and it has excellent antibacterial properties.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020항균 점착필름의 제조방법을 개시한다. 상기 항균 점착필름의 제조방법은 (a) 기재필름 및 상기 기재필름의 일면 상에 형성된 점착층을 포함하는 점착필름을 제공하는 단계； (b) 항균물질 및 용매를 포함하는 항균용액을 상기 점착필름의 기재필름의 타면 상에 코팅하는 단계； (c) 상기 항균용액이 코팅된 점착필름을 열풍에 접촉시켜 건조하여 항균층/기재필름/점착층을 포함하는 적층필름을 형성하는 단계； 및 (d) 상기 적층필름을 두루마리 형태로 말아(roll) 상기 항균층과 상기 점착층이 서로 접하도록 하여 상기 항균층을 상기 점착층 상에 전사함으로써 기재필름/점착층/항균층을 포함하는 항균 점착필름을 제조하는 단계；를 포함하며, 본 발명에 따라 제조된 항균 점착필름은 필름을 두루마리 형태로 말아(roll) 항균물질이 점착층으로 전사됨으로써, 점착제와 항균용액과의 반응성이 없어 용매의 제한이 없고, 공정이 용이하고, 천연 항균물질을 포함함으로써, 음식물 또는 병원용(의료용) 폐기물을 완전 밀봉하여 악취를 차단하고, 항균성이 우수한 효과가 있다.
