PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a display from being damaged due to collision with a foreign matter or the like about an electronic apparatus including the display openable/closable and rotatable with respect to a body case.SOLUTION: An annular damage prevention body 13 which is brought into contact with a peripheral part of a display 4 during an inclination operation in a part except a closed position of the display 4 is provided at a peripheral portion of a rotary shaft 10 constituting a rotary shaft body 8. Therefore, the display 4 can be inhibited from being damaged due to collision with a foreign matter or the like because the peripheral part of the display is brought into contact with the damage prevention body 13 to prevent a further inclination operation even when the display 4 is inclined downward while the display 4 is opened and the display 4 is then, rotated.
