The present invention relates to a urinary function enhancing composition using oriental medicine ingredients and a preparing method thereof. The present invention can be effective in preventing and treating prostate disorders and acute and chronic prostatitis in particular. The composition can also be used to treat sexual function syndromes as well as various types of urinary syndromes including residual urine, frequent urine, urinary urge, weak urine stream, oposiuria, nighttime urine, dense urine, and dysuria. The composition includes extracts of mixed oriental medicine ingredients including Lonicera japonica Thunberg, Citrus unshiu Markovich, Astragalus membranaceus Bunge, Trichosanthes kirilowii, Saposhnikovia divaricata Schiskin, Angelica gigas Nakai, Cnidium officinale Makino, Angelica dahurica Bentham, Platycodon grandiflorum A. De Candolle, Magnolia officinalis Rehder et Wilson, Gleditsia sinensis Lamark, Ulmus davidiana for. suberosa, Rubus coreanus Miquel, and Epimedium brevicornum Maximowicz. The method includes the following steps: (a) mixing the oriental medicine ingredients including 1-20 parts by weight of Lonicera japonica Thunberg, 1-10 parts by weight of Citrus unshiu Markovich, 1-10 parts by weight of Astragalus membranaceus Bunge, 1-10 parts by weight of Trichosanthes kirilowii, 1-10 parts by weight of Saposhnikovia divaricata Schischkin, 1-10 parts by weight of Angelica gigas Nakai, 1-10 parts by weight of Cnidium officinale Makino, 1-10 parts by weight of Angelica dahurica Bentham, 1-10 parts by weight of Platycodon grandiflorum A.
