The present invention relates to a medium composition for producing a seedstock and in vitro planting of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim, and a mass production method of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim using the same. A medium showing excellent growth rate is selected through the in vitro planting of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim using 10 types of medium, and based on the same, a culture method using 0.5 ppm of IBA as a plant growth regulator is excellent in root differentiation. Cultured plants produced by the present invention exhibit excellent effects on the growth due to well purified soil, thereby enabling mass production of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.본 발명은 하늘타리 기내 배양묘 및 종근 생산용 배지 조성물 및 이를 이용한 하늘타리의 대량 생산방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 10종의 배지를 이용하여 하늘타리를 기내배양하여 생장율이 우수한 배지를 선정하고, 이를 기반으로 식물생장조절제로 0.5ppm의 IBA를 이용한 배양 방법이 뿌리 분화가 우수하였으며, 본 발명에 따라 생산된 배양묘가 토양 순화가 잘되어 생육이 우수한 효과가 있어 하늘타리를 대량생산할 수 있다.
