A wearable device includes a band having a flexible battery integrally formed therein a processor powered by the flexible battery a cellular transceiver to make a phone call a WiFi transceiver and personal area network (PAN) transceiver coupled to the processor a microphone to receive user speech and a speech recognizer to process user speech or provide voice control and a health application communicating health application data with a remote computer, wherein the health application includes computer readable code to store and analyze user fitness information including one or more of: posture, ambulation, location position, sleep, exercise, calorie, or medicine compliance.
