<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating body for fishery, capable of precisely pulling up without slip even a shell-attached rope to which a large amount of Ascidia zara and other foreign matters is attached, and to provide a cleaning device. <；P>；SOLUTION: The rotating body for the fishery for pulling up the shell-attached rope hung in sea by hooking the rope on the body is obtained by attaching a corrugated panel enabling the shell-attached rope to be engaged, and obtained by bending a narrow long board into a wave shape, or attaching a corrugated net enabling the shell-attached rope to be engaged, and obtained by continuously forming a large number of the corrugated boards in the height direction of the wave to the surface of the body.
