PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively small-scale grafting apparatus capable of quickly, efficiently and inexpensively manufacturing various breeds of grafted seedling.SOLUTION: A grafting apparatus 11 comprises: a graft robot 12 a rootstock feeding conveyor 13 a scion feeding conveyor 14 a grafted seedling take-out conveyor 15 a rootstock transportation conveyor 16 a scion seedling transportation conveyor 17 and a grafted seedling tray charging device 18. According to the grafting apparatus 11, five each of rootstock setup units 38 on the rootstock transportation conveyor 16 and scion setup units 39 on the scion seedling transportation conveyor 17 severally move a rootstock or a scion to a position in the vicinity of operator 10, so that work of an operator 10 is made quicker or efficient, machine tact is shortened to approximately 1.6 seconds, and production speed of grafted seedlings is increased to approximately 2300 per hour, for example.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】種々の品種の接木苗を、迅速、能率的かつ安価に製造することができる比較的小規模な接木装置を提供する。【解決手段】接木装置11は、接木ロボット12と、台木投入コンベア13と、穂木投入コンベア14と、接木苗取出しコンベア15と、台木搬送コンベア16と、穂木苗搬送コンベア17と、接木苗トレイ充填装置18とを備えている。この接木装置11によれば、台木搬送コンベア16上の台木段取りユニット38及び穂木段取りユニット17上の穂木段取りユニット39が、それぞれ5本ずつ台木又は穂木をオペレータ10の近傍位置に移動させるので、オペレータ10の作業が迅速化ないしは能率化され、例えばマシンタクトが1.6秒程度に短縮され、接木苗の生産速度は1時間当たり2300本程度まで高められる。【選択図】図2
