The present invention relates to a fruit seed removing apparatus. The fruit seed removing apparatus can make a selection in accordance with the size of fruits having a single seed in the center of the pulp such as jujubes, plums, and apricots to convey the selected fruits on the fruit storage grooves of a fruit conveyor in a position for arranging the seed to be perpendicular to the fruit conveying direction, stop the fruits at a predetermined location, operate a cylindrical seed removal punch, and cut off the outer periphery of the seed to separate the seed from the pulp as well as forcefully discharging the seed from the pulp and leaving a hole in the original spot of the seed. More specifically, the fruit seed removing apparatus can store the fruits to have the seeds removed therefrom, pull the fruits one by one intermittently to the fruit storage grooves of the fruit conveyor, arrange the position of the fruits to easily remove the seed, temporally stop the fruit conveyor at the predetermined location, input the cylindrical seed removal punch to cut the part around the seed in a cylindrical shape, separate the seed from the pulp, store the separated seed in the punch, draw out the punch while moving the fruit conveyor again, and repeat the above-described operations to execute a continuous seed removing operation.본 발명은 대추를 비롯하여 매실, 살구와 같이 과육 중심부에 하나의 씨가 들어 있는 과일을 규격에 맞추어 선택하고, 선택한 과일을 과일이송기의 과일수용홈에 씨의 방향이 과일이송방향과 직각방향이 되게 눕혀서 이송시키면 일정위치에서 정지시켜 씨제거용 원동형 펀치를 작동시켜 씨외주를 절단하여 과육과 분리하고, 과육에서 강제 배출시켜 과일의 씨가 들어 있던 위치에 구멍이 형성되게 하는 과일의 씨제거기에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적인 것은, 씨를 제거해야 할 과일을 수용함에 수용하고, 하나씩 인양하여 간헐이동하는 과일이송기의 과일수용홈으로 옮긴 다음, 옮겨진 과일의 자세를 씨를 제거하기 쉽게 눕히고 일정위치에서 과일이송기를 일시정지시킨 다음, 씨제거용 원통형 펀치를 투입하여 씨가 있는 주위를 원통형으로 절단하여 과육과 분리하고 과육에서 분리된 씨가 펀치속에 수용되게 한 다음, 펀치를 인출하고 과일이송기를 다시 이동시키는 동작을 반복하여 연속적인 씨제거가 이루어지게 하는 과일의 씨 제거기이다.
