Provided is a fruit seed removing apparatus capable of removing a seed of a fruit so as to more soundly maintain the shape of the fruit. The fruit seed removing apparatus comprises a storage, a rotary part, a transporting part, a cylindrical cutter, a cutter driving part, and a control unit. The storage stores input fruits. The rotary part has grooves through which fruits are input and which are formed along the circumferential surface thereof at regular intervals. The transporting part scoops up the fruits stored in the storage one by one, and supplies the fruits to the grooves of the rotary part. The cylindrical cutter punches the fruit laid on the groove of the rotary part so as to introduce the seed of the fruit therein and has a discharge groove through which the fruit seed introduced therein is discharged and which is formed on the circumferential surface thereof. The cutter driving part drives the cylindrical part to reciprocate. The control unit controls the rotary part, the transport part, and the cutter driving part.씨앗에 제거되는 과일이 보다 온전한 형태가 유지될 수 있도록 과일 씨앗을 제거할 수 있는 과일 씨앗 제거장치가 제공된다. 이러한 과일 씨앗 제거장치는, 저장고, 이송부, 원통형 커터, 커터 구동부 및 제어부를 포함한다. 상기 저장고는 투입된 과일 저장한다. 상기 로터리부에는 과일이 투입되는 그루브들이 일정 간격으로 외주면을 따라 형성된다. 상기 이송부는 상기 저장고에 저장된 과일을 하나씩 퍼 올려, 로터리부의 상기 그루브에 공급한다. 상기 원통형 커터는 상기 로터리부의 상기 그루브에 눕혀진 과일의 씨를 펀칭하여 과일씨가 내부로 유입되도록 하며, 내부에 유입된 과일씨가 배출되는 배출홈이 외주면에 형성된다. 상기 커터 구동부는 상기 원통형 커터를 수평 왕복 운동시킨다. 상기 제어부는 상기 로터리부, 상기 이송부 및 상기 커터 구동부를 제어한다.
