The present invention relates to an application of a rhodioloside for preparing a pharmaceutical product for treating an ischemic disease. The invention further relates to an application of the rhodioloside for preparing a pharmaceutical product for treating a diabetic foot disease. In a mouse model for the diabetic foot pathology, the rhodioloside resulted in an exceptional improvement to the expression and secretion of an angiogenic growth factor under a high sugar and low oxygen condition. The invention further provides a pharmaceutical product for treating a lower limb ischemia, wherein the pharmaceutical product contains a rhodioloside as an active ingredient. The invention further provides an exceptional inhibitor for PHD3, wherein the inihibitor is a rhodioloside.La présente invention concerne une application dun rhodioloside dans la préparation dun produit pharmaceutique pour le traitement de maladies ischémiques. Linvention concerne également une application du rhodioloside dans la préparation dun produit pharmaceutique pour le traitement du pied diabétique. Dans un modèle du pied diabétique chez la souris, le rhodioloside a conduit à une amélioration exceptionnelle de lexpression et de la sécrétion dun facteur de croissance angiogénique sous des conditions de taux de sucre élevé et de faible teneur en oxygène. Linvention concerne en outre un produit pharmaceutique pour le traitement dischémies des membres inférieurs, le produit pharmaceutique contenant un rhodioloside en tant que principe actif. Linvention concerne également un inhibiteur exceptionnel de PHD3, linhibiteur étant un rhodioloside.
