A kitchen household appliance for preparing cold and hot food comprises a housing (1) which encloses an electric motor and is provided with a control panel (2), an inner space of the housing (1) being closed by a cover (3) and a metal container (4) being arranged in the inner space where also a device for heating it and a mechanism for rotating a blade (5) placed in the container (4) are arranged, the sizes of the inner space and of the container (4) being such as to leave between them an interspace (6) in which a cooling sleeve, shaped and dimensioned so as to fit on the container (4) without interfering with said mechanism for rotating the blade (5), can be inserted. In this way, it is possible to combine in a single apparatus the functions of a bread machine and of an ice cream machine, thereby sharing several components for carrying out both functions.La présente invention concerne un robot culinaire permettant la préparation daliments froids et chauds et comprenant un corps (1) abritant un moteur électrique et équipé dun panneau de commande (2), lespace intérieur dudit corps (1) étant fermé par un couvercle (3) et une cuve métallique (4) étant disposée dans lespace intérieur qui abrite également un dispositif de chauffage de la cuve et un mécanisme assurant la rotation dune lame (5) placée dans la cuve (4), les dimensions de lespace intérieur et de la cuve (4) étant telles à laisser entre elles un espace (6) dans lequel peut être introduit un manchon de refroidissement dont la forme et la taille sont telles à ce quil peut être placé sur la cuve (4) sans gêner le bon fonctionnement du mécanisme assurant la rotation de la lame (5). Ainsi, il est possible de combiner dans un seul et même appareil les fonctions de machine à pain et de sorbetière, avec pour avantage le partage de plusieurs composants pour la mise en œuvre de ces deux fonctions.
