PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus, capable of accurately releasing a medium within a specific time while optimizing the complexity, operability and operation safety of a measuring container.SOLUTION: The measuring apparatus 1 for releasing the medium from a pressurized medium container 200 includes the measuring container 100 designed to measure the amount of the medium, and has a first area V1 and a second area V2. The first area V1 is separated from the second area V2 by a movable separating element 120, the separating element 120 has a first contact surface directed to the first area V1, which does not restrict the first area V1 or closes it, and a second contact surface oriented to the second area V2, which does not restrict the second area V2 or closes it.
