The extract is a crude extract, a polar solvent-soluble extract, or a non-polar solvent-soluble extract of Schizonepeta tenuifolia var. japonica. The crude extract is prepared by extracting with water including purified water, C1-C4 alcohol, or a mixture thereof. The polar solvent-soluble extract is prepared using water, methanol, ethanol, butanol, or a mixture thereof.
