To provide a bone treatment implement capable of screwing a screw for a bone to a plate for a bone smoothly and reliably in a plate for a bone having a female screw part of a multiple thread screw, and a screw for a bone having a male screw part of a multiple thread screw that can be screwed to the female screw part.SOLUTION: A bone treatment implement 1 includes a plate 5 for a bone and a screw 2 for a bone. The plate 5 for a bone includes an opening 62 having a female screw part 63 with a multiple thread screw groove on the inner surface, which penetrates through the plate 5 for a bone. The screw 2 for a bone includes a shaft part 21 that can penetrate through the opening 62, and a head part provided to the base end of the shaft part 21 and having a male screw part with multiple screw threads that can be screwed to the female screw part of the opening 62 on the outer surface.
