The invention concerns an osteosynthesis system comprising at least one anchoring screw (1) for a vertebra comprising a bone anchoring element (2) and a screw head, the anchoring element comprising a threaded rod (4) and a coupling head (5) for coupling with the screw head, the screw head comprising a body (30) traversed longitudinally by a channel (7) having, in the lower portion, a receiving cavity for receiving the coupling head (5). The receiving cavity comprises a first area and a second area communicating with each other and having a cross-section that increases and decreases respectively towards the anchoring element, and a third area communicating with the second area and arranged with the latter in order to allow the displacement of the screw head on the coupling head (5) which comprises a contact portion having a shape matching that of the second area.L'invention concerne un système d'ostéosynthèse comportant au moins une vis d'ancrage (1) pour vertèbre comprenant un élément d'ancrage osseux (2) et une tête de vis, l'élément d'ancrage comprenant une tige filetée (4) et une tête de couplage (5) avec la tête de vis, la tête de vis comprenant un corps (30) traversé longitudinalement par un canal (7) présentant, en partie inférieure, une cavité de réception de la tête de couplage (5). La cavité de réception comprend une première zone et une deuxième zone communiquant entre elles et de section respectivement croissante et décroissante en direction de l'élément d'ancrage, et une troisième zone communiquant avec la deuxième zone et agencée avec cette dernière pour permettre le débattement de la tête de vis sur la tête de couplage (5) laquelle comporte une portion de contact présentant une forme conjuguée à celle de la deuxième zone.
