Disclosed are a method for producing an antibacterialized and sterilized pad, and a device for the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to offer users with pads ensuring enhanced antibacterial functions, sterilizing functions, and deodorizing functions by irradiating the pad with far-infrared radiation and ultraviolet (UV) C respectively, wherein the pad includes an absorption layer between an air-permeable back sheet and a top sheet. In addition, efficiency in costs and treatment can be maximized owing to sterilization without deteriorating quality of finished products due to post-processing, while maintaining antibacterial functions and sterilized state before the finished product is used, thereby increasing user satisfaction owing to enhanced cleanliness.본 발명은 항균 및 살균 처리된 패드의 제조 방법 및 그 장치를 개시한다. 즉, 본 발명은 통기성 백시트와 탑시트 사이에 흡수층을 포함하는 패드에 대해서 원적외선 및 UVC를 각각 조사함으로써, 항균 기능, 살균 기능, 소취 기능이 향상된 패드를 패드 사용자에게 제공하며, 후가공에 따른 완제품에 변질을 주지 않는 멸균 처리에 의해 비용 및 처리 효율을 극대화하며, 완제품에 대해서 사용 전까지 멸균된 상태와 항균 작용을 유지시키고 위생 관련 기능을 강화하여 사용자의 만족도를 높일 수 있다.
