PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a fatigue degree close to a sensory evaluated value by considering compensation by sympathetic nerve activity.SOLUTION: A fatigue analyzer is provided which comprises a first fatigue degree calculating means 11 for acquiring a reference fatigue value, a second fatigue degree calculating means 12 for acquiring a corrected fatigue degree by using a maximum Lyapunov exponent, and a judging means 13 for judging presence or absence of compensation of fatigue by sympathetic nerve activity. During a period of time when the judging means judges that fatigue is not compensated by sympathetic nerve activity, an accumulated fatigue degree output means 14 acquires and outputs an accumulated sum of the reference fatigue degrees obtained by the first fatigue degree calculating means 11. During a period of time when the judging means judges that fatigue is compensated by sympathetic nerve activity, the accumulated fatigue degree output means acquires and outputs an accumulated sum of the corrected fatigue degrees obtained by the second fatigue degree calculating means 12.
