PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooked food facilitating integrating separated main ingredient and soup, and a separate sheet of the same.SOLUTION: A cooked food is such that a main ingredient 2 and an auxiliary ingredient 3 which are vertically separated by a separate sheet 5 are stored in a container 4, and the main ingredient 2 and the auxiliary ingredient 3 are integrated when ingesting.
