PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide EphB3-specific antibodies, along with pharmaceutical compositions containing such antibody, kits containing a pharmaceutical composition, and methods of preventing and treating an EphB3-related disease or disorder.SOLUTION: This invention provides isolated antagonist antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof comprising three heavy-chain variable CDRs binding to an extracellular domain of EphB3 with an affinity (KD) of micro M or less and shown at specific sites.
