PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel commercially feasible methods for manufacturing poorly water soluble drug formulations that increases the solubility and bioavailability of poorly water soluble drugs.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a novel free flowing powder pharmaceutical preparation for the delivery of a poorly water soluble active pharmaceutical ingredient that increases the solubility and bioavailability of poorly water soluble active pharmaceutical ingredient, and to a manufacturing method of the free flowing powder pharmaceutical preparation. The invention also relates to dispersion particles, which immediately disperse from the free flowing powder formulation when the formulation is added to water, an aqueous solvent, or an organic solvent, the bulk dispersion of the poorly water soluble active pharmaceutical ingredient of the free flowing powder formulation in dispersion particles is uniform. Such dispersion particles increase the biologically available surface area of a poorly water soluble active pharmaceutical ingredient and make the dissolution of the active pharmaceutical ingredient easy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8【課題】本発明は、難水溶性薬物の溶解性及び生物学的利用能を増加させる、難水溶性薬物のための製剤を製造するための新規で商業的に実施可能な方法を目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、難水溶性原薬の溶解性及び生物学的利用能を増加させる、難水溶性原薬の送達のための新規フリーフローイング粉末医薬製剤、並びにフリーフローイング粉末医薬製剤を作製する方法に関する。本発明はまた、前記製剤が水、水性溶媒、又は有機溶媒に添加された場合、前記フリーフローイング粉末製剤から即時に分散する分散粒子であって、分散粒子中のフリーフローイング粉末製剤の難水溶性原薬のバルク分散が均一である、分散粒子に関する。かかる分散粒子は、難水溶性原薬の生物学的利用可能な表面積を増加させ、原薬の溶解を容易にする。【選択図】図８
