The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a hydrogel pack using ultra-pure mineral water. The method comprises the steps of: (a) preparing ultra-pure mineral water concentrate by decompressing and evaporating ultra-pure mineral water； (b) forming colloid by mixing the ultra-pure mineral water concentrate with a polymer polysaccharide, a whitening agent, and a wrinkle reducing agent； and (c) manufacturing a hydrogel pack by coagulating the colloid. The method according to the present invention manufactures a hydrogel pack for improving skin beatification, and is able to manufacture a hydrogel pack having various effects, which is capable of helping to maintain skin homeostasis by making the balance of mineral ingredients of skin be balanced by pre-treating ultra-violet water with a decompression and evaporation process to increase the content of minerals included in the ultra-violet water, while being capable of being effectively utilized in skin moisturizing, keratin removal, and soothing effects, as well as effectively removing the waste and sebum in the pores of skin, controlling the pH of skin, and controlling excitability such as muscle, nerve contraction, or the like to prevent skin troubles.본 발명은 (a) 초정 광천수를 감압증발시켜 초정 광천수 농축수를 제조하는 단계； (b) 상기 초정 광천수 농축수를 고분자 다당류, 미백제 및 주름개선제와 혼합하여 콜로이드를 형성시키는 단계； 및 (c) 상기 콜로이드를 응고시켜 하이드로겔 팩을 제조하는 단계；를 포함하는 초정 광천수를 이용한 하이드로겔 팩의 제조방법을 제공한다.본 발명에 따른 초정 광천수를 이용하여 피부미용 개선용 하이드로겔 팩의 제조방법은, 초정 광천수를 감압증발공정으로 전처리하여 초정 광천수에 포함된 미네랄의 함량을 증대시켜, 피부의 미네랄 성분 밸런스를 맞추어 피부 항상성 유지에 도움을 주며, 피부 보습, 각질 제거 및 진정 효과에 효과적으로 활용가능할 뿐만 아니라, 피부의 모공속 노폐물과 피지를 효과적으로 제거할 수 있고, 피부의 pH를 조절하며, 근육, 신경 수축 등 흥분성을 조절하여 피부 트러블을 방지하는 등의 다양한 효능을 갖는 하이드로겔 팩을 제조할 수 있다.
