PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdered bath agent composition comprising l-menthol which excels in stability, has great durability of a refreshing feeling, and reduces irritation to eye and nose.SOLUTION: A bath agent powdered refrigerant comprises a highly branched cyclic dextrin and l-menthol and the powdered bath agent composition comprises the above powdered refrigerant.
