PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new potent topical pharmaceutical composition for therapy of eye, ear or nose infection.SOLUTION: The present invention is a topical pharmaceutical composition for therapy or prevention of eye, ear or nose infection, containing an anti-microorganism effective amount of moxifloxacin or a medically effective hydrate or salt thereof. This composition can be administered to an affected tissue after operation on an eye, ear or nose tissue or another injury or during operation therapy, whereby postoperative infection can be prevented or alleviated. This composition can contain one or two or more kinds of anti-inflammatory agents in order for therapy of inflammation associated with eye, ear or nose infection.【課題】眼、耳または鼻感染の感染を治療するための強力な新しい局所用医薬組成物を提供する。【解決手段】本願発明は、抗微生物有効量のモキシフロキサシンあるいはその医薬として有効な水和物または塩を含有する、眼、耳または鼻感染の治療または予防用の局所用医薬組成物である。この組成物は、眼、耳または鼻組織に対する手術またはその他の外傷の後に、または、手術治療中に被患組織に投与することができ、これにより手術後感染を予防または軽減することができる。この組成物に眼、耳または鼻の感染に付随する炎症を治療するために、１種または２種以上の抗炎症薬を含有させることもできる。【選択図】なし
