The present invention is generally directed to a method for assembling a drive spring (90), especially into a drug delivery device, comprising the steps of rotating a component part (60a) to which the drive spring (90) is attached in a first direction, followed by a rotation of the component part (60a) in the opposite direction and followed by attachment of a rotational stop (60b, 62). Further, the invention is directed to a drug delivery device for selecting and dispensing a number of user variable doses of a medicament, which device comprises a pre- charged drive spring (90).La présente invention concerne dune manière générale un procédé dassemblage dun ressort dentraînement (90), en particulier dans un dispositif dadministration de médicament, comprenant les étapes consistant à faire tourner une partie constitutive (60a) à laquelle est fixé le ressort dentraînement (90) dans une première direction, puis à faire tourner la partie constitutive (60a) dans la direction opposée et à fixer une butée de rotation (60b, 62).
